Denise "Dee" Mago
Dee was born a rebel; she has disrupted many concepts in business and personal life. Her mission is to be the catalyst to help transform people’s lives by focusing on body, mind, and soul to help men & women tap into their healing potential focusing on the emotional healing using sound, frequency, vibration and energy healing, which will lead to support the body thought a complete exercise routine and supportive nutrition to bring more vitality and longevity, increase energy. Dee’s healing passion strengthened in 2012 after a few life-changing events. These events have guided her to become of aware and compassionate when working with women that have real struggles in health, life and trauma.

Dee incorporates breathwork, sound healing, energy balance, meditation and more into her practice. She helped me connect mind, body and spirit and overtime I finally got a breakthrough, I was letting go of many anchors that were holding me back and gaining my power back. With Dee’s help and a supportive community, I was able to release the negativity. As a result, I regained energy, clarity and my conviction back. Then my business started growing again and personal life started to become more enjoyable.
The second week of this practice my back pain went away completely, I didn't knw it was a possiblity with just having an emtional it could help my physical pain.
Everytime i get to do a session with dee, I feel ther reset, the calm coming back to me.
My biggest take away working with Dee is that EVERY PART OF OUR LIVES IS CONNECTED . Physical, mental, and spiritual health are all connected. 1: Do I need experience with breathwork or somatic practices?
Nope! This space is beginner-friendly. Dee guides you through every step.
2: Are the sessions live or pre-recorded?
They’re fully live online, so you get real-time guidance and community energy. These sessions are not recorded either to keep confidentially and privacy of the participants
3: What if I miss a session?
This sessions are not recorded, to protect the vulnerability and authenticity of the experience as well as privacy and confidentiality. Unfortunately missed class is a missed class. You have the opportunity to book a private session with Dee.
4: Is this program for women only??
No, This program is open to everyone, all genders and ages.
5: What do I need to prepare??
A space where you can scream or bring a pillow, bring a blanket in case you get cold, comfortable clothes, water, and an open heart. Dee personally prefers to do this practice on the floor, however everyone is free to find the mosto comfortable way to experience these sessions.
