1: What if I can’t attend all 5 weeks??

No problem! you’ll still benefit even if you miss one. Dee can also review key practices with you to keep you connected.

2: What if I don’t know how to meditate??

You don’t need any experience, all our meditation are guided, just follow the lead making it easy and comfortable for beginners.

3: What if I pick up on other people’s energies??

The purpose of these practices that we experience during the 5 weeks is to help you elevate your state, in an elevated state you are already protected. We also can show you techniques if that will give you more confidence in this practice and the supportive EESystem environment to help you feel protected and balanced.

4: Is this a religious or spiritual program??

No — this is a heart-centered healing practice open to all beliefs and backgrounds.

5: What should I bring?

Just yourself, comfortable clothing, and an open heart. At the EE system we have recline chairs, however if you want to create your own nest and charge your personal belonging with that energy we recommend to bring your own Mat, cushions, and blankets.
